  1. My name is Andrea.
  2. I’m 31 years old.
  3. My birthday is in January
  4. I’m married to husband Mark.
  5. He’s 10 years older than me.
  6. We’ve been married for almost five years.
  7. We had a big, Christmas-themed wedding.
  8. We went to Arizona for our honeymoon
  9. And rode mules to the bottom of the Grand Canyon.
  10. We have one child, daughter Hayley, born September 2002.
  11. We own a home in South Central PA, near the MD/PA border,
  12. A three-bedroom tri-level on one-acre,
  13. Although we’re both natives of Baltimore, Maryland.
  14. I work full-time in PR & Marketing for a manufacturing company.
  15. I’m searching for a part-time job where I can still make decent money,
  16. Or a full-time job that will allow me to work from home a few days a week.
  17. I have a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
  18. From Elizabethtown College in Lancaster County, PA.
  19. I also have 12 credits toward a graduate degree
  20. That I’ll probably never finish.
  21. I have blonde hair
  22. And blue eyes
  23. And I’m just shy of five feet eight
  24. Hobbies include Reading,
  25. (I read mysteries, thrillers, chick lit, Southern fiction),
  26. Watching lots of TV,
  27. (Favorite shows include West Wing, Law & Order (the original and SVU), the CBS Monday night comedy line-up and American Dreams.)
  28. (Shows that I loved that are no longer on include Any Day Now and State of Grace.)
  29. (I hope they come out on DVD.)

  31. (I’m really slow and it takes me a long time to finish projects.)
  32. Outdoors stuff – hiking, biking,
  33. (I just started looking into getting a baby bike seat for Hayley)
  34. And Traveling.
  35. One of my goals in life is to visit all 50 states.
  36. I’m halfway there.
  37. Fortunately, my first job out of college involved a lot of travel before I was married with a family.
  38. I was able to check many states off of my list
  39. And also go to Europe twice.
  40. I’ve been to Amsterdam and Barcelona.
  41. My favorite cities are San Francisco, Nashville, New Orleans and Atlanta.
  42. Plus anyplace in the mountains, like Gatlinburg.
  43. I also love sports.
  44. We’re both Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins fans at our house.
  45. I also love college basketball,
  46. But I’m not that into the NBA.
  47. I’m a Duke Blue Devils fan
  48. And a Maryland Terrapins fan
  49. Which is conflicting.
  50. I used to be a big baseball fan,
  51. But I’m one of the fans Major League Baseball lost after the strike in 1994.
  52. I worked at Oriole Park at Camden Yards summers while I was in college.
  53. And was there when Baltimore hosted the All-Star game.
  54. We also watch a lot of NASCAR and NHRA racing.
  55. My husband owns two race cars
  56. And goes drag racing on the weekends at several local tracks.
  57. My pet peeves include: people who fill the back windows of their cars with stuffed animals,
  58. And poor customer service.
  59. I do not have any piercings (other than ears) or tattoos.
  60. My parents are still married.
  61. I’m very close to them.
  62. I have two sisters
  63. And two nieces
  64. And a large extended family.
  65. As does my husband
  66. Two sisters, one brother, 7 nieces and nephews, and 3 great nieces.
  67. I listen to country music
  68. And used to country line dance every week when I was a Singleton.
  69. I’ve been to Nashville several times,
  70. And line danced at Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth, Texas.
  71. I bite my nails.
  72. I am a pack rat,
  73. But also very organized.
  74. I collect lots of different things – it runs in the family – including:
  75. Travel and National Park memorabilia,
  76. Cat’s Meow houses,
  77. Memorabilia from Gone with the Wind,
  78. Raggedy Ann & Andy,
  79. (Hayley’s nursery theme is Raggedy Ann & Andy)
  80. Wonder Woman figurines,
  81. And the usual shot glasses, books and CDs.
  82. I also love everything Elvis,
  83. But only have a small collection of memorabilia.
  84. I have been to Graceland once.
  85. My dream job is to be a Park Ranger.
  86. I volunteered for two years as a tour guide at Hampton National Historic Site,
  87. But quit after Hayley was born.
  88. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot of different things,
  89. Not just about the site, but the Park Service, too.
  90. I read the NPS morning report online every day.
  91. There are some very interesting happenings taking place in our national parks.
  92. Being a mother has been the most fantastic, amazing thing in my life so far,
  93. Even though it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
  94. For me, all of the (good) cliches about parenthood are true.
  95. It has been a true joy every day for the past nine months,
  96. Even during the first three colic-filled months.
  97. I love watching her learn new things every day.
  98. Her smile will melt your heart.
  99. I really wish I could spend more time with her
  100. And I’m working really hard toward that goal.
